Barber Named 2026 Futurist for Leading with Innovation; Teta Named 2026 Trailblazer for Advancing AI-Ready Property Intelligence

IRVINE, Calif. – March 9, 2025 – ATTOM, the leading provider of property data, AI-powered analytics, and real estate intelligence solutions, is pleased to announce that once again its CEO, Rob Barber, and Chief Product and Technology Officer, Todd Teta, have been selected as RISMedia 2026 Real Estate Newsmakers.  The ninth annual RISMedia Real Estate Newsmakers showcase spotlights some of the industry’s most dynamic individuals for their accomplishments and contributions to their companies, colleagues and clients, and to the larger cause of expanding homeownership.

RISMedia noted that resilience and innovation were essential in 2025, as real estate professionals navigated a dramatic shift in market conditions. Despite new obstacles and uncertainty, many leaders across the industry found ways not only to adapt, but to thrive. The 2026 honorees represent professionals who refused to let market conditions define their future, instead taking control of their own success story and setting a powerful example for the industry.

Barber, an eight-time RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker award recipient, was recognized in the Futurist category for guiding ATTOM’s long-term strategy as the real estate industry increasingly relies on data, analytics and artificial intelligence.  As CEO, Rob directs enterprise, data and product strategy, customer acquisition and service, and corporate operations.

Under his leadership, ATTOM continues to expand how organizations evaluate and leverage property intelligence. This includes the launch of ATTOM Nexus, a strategic self-service platform initiative designed to expand how organizations discover, evaluate and integrate ATTOM’s nationwide property intelligence.  Barber also recently led the acquisition of key ResiShares assets, strengthening ATTOM’s analytics capabilities and expanding the company’s technology foundation for next-generation property intelligence solutions.  These initiatives reflect Barber’s broader vision of positioning ATTOM as the foundational data platform powering innovation across the entire real estate ecosystem.

“One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is seeing how trusted property data powers innovation across industries,” said Rob Barber, CEO at ATTOM. “As AI reshapes how organizations operate and compete, our mission is to deliver analytics-driven, AI-ready property data that serves as the foundation for enterprise applications, helping our customers transform insight into meaningful real-world impact.”

Teta, a five-time RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker award recipient, was named a Trailblazer for his leadership advancing the technology infrastructure that enables organizations to operationalize property data for analytics and artificial intelligence.  As Chief Product & Technology Officer, he directs the engineering, data science, and product teams responsible for transforming complex, multi-sourced property data into scalable intelligence for enterprise platforms, cloud environments and emerging AI systems.

Under Teta’s direction, ATTOM has expanded its cloud and AI capabilities, including launching the ATTOM MCP Server, which enables secure, agentic access to property data for AI applications. His team has also broadened data accessibility through integrations with Databricks and Snowflake, while expanding delivery formats to include Parquet and GeoParquet, allowing clients to seamlessly incorporate ATTOM datasets into modern data pipelines and machine learning environments. By combining modern property data infrastructure with flexible delivery options, along with rigorous data quality standards anchored by ATTOM ID, Teta is helping reshape how the industry moves from static reporting toward dynamic, AI-driven decision environments.

“I’ve always considered myself fortunate to build a career at the intersection of real estate and technology,” said Todd Teta, Chief Product & Technology Officer at ATTOM. “Today, as AI transforms how property data is applied, our focus is on building infrastructure that enables organizations to innovate faster, operate smarter, and unlock deeper intelligence from trusted data.”
