Rob Barber

Chief Executive Officer

Rob joined RealtyTrac as CEO in 2015 and spearheaded the creation of the ATTOM Data Warehouse and the company’s subsequent rebranding as ATTOM Data Solutions in 2016.

As CEO, Rob directs enterprise, data and product strategy, customer acquisition & service and corporate operations. Under Rob’s leadership, ATTOM has earned a spot on HousingWire’s annual Tech100 list every year since 2015 as well as being a finalist for the Inman Innovator Award and the Merit Technology Award. Rob has been named a Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) Leader, HousingWire Vanguard, Inman Power Player, and RisMedia Newsmaker for consecutive years.

Rob began his career in the real estate information services industry in 1992. Prior to joining ATTOM Data Solutions, he was CEO of Environmental Data Resources (EDR) from 2005 to 2015 when he formulated and executed EDR’s pivot from a niche data company into the leading property data, workflow, vendor management and market intelligence company serving the U.S. commercial real estate due diligence industry. Rob held multiple positions at EDR prior to becoming CEO, including President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales.

Rob is also a past board member at BuildFax, Landmark Information Group and the Content Division of the Software and Information Industry Association.

A graduate of Fairfield University, Rob lives in Claremont, California.

Karen Tang

Chief Customer Officer

Karen Tang serves as ATTOM’s Chief Customer Officer. She is responsible for building out a best-in-class customer experience aimed at improving both customer retention and customer expansion. With more than two decades of experience, she has successfully expanded customer success, headed sales teams, and built support teams from the ground up.

Before joining ATTOM, Karen worked at ActiveCampaign, a Customer Experience Automation Platform, where she served as the VP of Customer Success. In this role, she led and built teams focused on driving discovery and value throughout the post-sales journey. Prior to her tenure at ActiveCampaign, Karen managed the customer-facing teams at Prezi, where she played a key role in building, launching, and scaling the B2B customer segment. Her efforts significantly contributed to the overall growth of the company. During the earlier part of her career, Karen gained valuable experience at Google, where she managed multiple teams in sales and account management.

Tang possesses a BS in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley, an MS in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Todd Teta

Chief Product & Technology Officer

Todd Teta serves as ATTOM Data Solutions' Chief Product & Technology Officer where he leverages two decades of experience in technology and product innovation to lead ATTOM's technology and product teams.

Prior to joining ATTOM Data Solutions, Todd led the product development and technology organization at Meyers Research. Todd began his career with Andersen Consulting, where he helped clients leverage data and technology to drive business results. Subsequently, he co-founded several startups, including VisionCore, a product and service company serving the mortgage and real estate data and analytics markets. He eventually sold VisionCore to CoreLogic, the largest provider of residential real-estate information services. At CoreLogic, Todd led research and development teams that developed the company’s first mobile and mapping visualization products. He also led the company’s professional services organization and technology teams for multiple markets, including credit reporting and tenant screening.

Todd graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science.

Lauren Trevathan

Chief of Staff

Lauren serves as ATTOM Data Solutions Chief of Staff. She is responsible for aligning communication and initiatives across the organization. Lauren’s experience spans 15 years in various real estate leadership capacities. Her organization and cross-departmental vision is instrumental in her role with ATTOM, working closely with the various departments to insure alignment and understanding of the shared vision.

Before joining ATTOM, Lauren worked for Xome/Mr. Cooper for 7 years. Most recently shes served as a Senior Vice President, creating a direct-to-consumer auction transaction platform. She led a large team, developing an entirely new business unit for Xome. Prior to her time as an SVP for the company, she led a team in Mr. Cooper’s foreclosure dispositions through Xome and developed a nationwide network of real estate brokers and agents to facilitate the sales. Her tenure in various leadership roles within the real estate space has helped her to understand every aspect of real estate, from applying data for property research, to various SaaS platforms utilized within the industry, down to the individual real estate closings and the agents and customers involved.

Lauren has both a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Colorado.

Ana Flor

Chief People Officer

Ana serves as ATTOM Data Solutions’ Chief People Officer, where she is responsible for providing guidance and leadership to senior managers. With more than 10 years of experience, Ana brings broad human resources expertise and extensive hands-on experience in compensation, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, talent management, HR analytics, and employee relations. Since joining the team in August 2017, Ana has worked on aligning human resources initiatives with strategic goals of the organization, and finding creative ways to cultivate a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and agility.

Prior to joining the ATTOM Data Solutions team, Ana was the Safety/HR director at Orange County Produce, where she developed a comprehensive safety and social responsibility program, implemented a new payroll/HRIS system, and established a benefit program that catered to 150+ seasonal employees.

An Orange County native, Ana received both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Cal State Fullerton. She currently resides in Orange County with her husband and their three children.

Kara Taylor

Chief Growth Officer

Kara Taylor serves as ATTOM Data Solutions’ Chief Growth Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience in marketing and product strategy to lead customer acquisition, revenue execution, and growth strategy across the organization.

Prior to joining ATTOM Data Solutions, Kara led the product marketing team at Campus Explorer, a post-secondary lead generation B2B and B2C business. Kara spent the early part of her career focused on the retail sector in ecommerce at RedEnvelope, Teleflora, and Gifts.com developing and executing marketing programs, brand vision, and online product strategy.

Kara graduated from the Art Institute of Southern California with a degree in Graphic Design.

David Dam

Chief Financial Officer

A seasoned financial leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth and value creation for PE sponsored businesses. At ATTOM, David leverages his expertise in finance, data and analytics to optimize financial performance and fuel strategic initiatives.

David started his career as an auditor eventually joining PwC's Deals Practice before becoming a manager in PwC's Management Consulting Practice. Prior to joining ATTOM, David served as the Interim CFO at Currency Capital, a PE sponsored Fintech, and as the Director of Finance & Controller at Tiger Group, a leading PE firm focused on distressed asset. David's diverse experience spans startups to Fortune 500's across various sectors with a strong focus on technology and data analytics.

David holds an active CPA license and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Jason Barg

Partner, Lovell Minnick Partners

Jason is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Lovell Minnick Partners. He joined the firm in 2010. Prior to LMP, Jason was a part of the Goldman Sachs’ Financial Institutions Group, where he focused on M&A and capital raising transactions for the firm’s investment banking clients. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jason was a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Forensics group, where he conducted investigations into corporate accounting irregularities on behalf of clients.

He is a member of the Boards of Directors of ATTOM Data Solutions, CenterSquare Investment Management, LLC, Foreside Financial Group, and Inside Real Estate, and previously served on the boards of J.S. Held Holdings LLC and Kanaly Holdings LLC. Jason received his M.B.A., with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with high distinction, from the Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania (inactive).

Alexander Lovell

Principal, Lovell Minnick Partners

Alex joined the Philadelphia office of LMP as a Vice President in January 2021 and was named Principal in 2026. Prior to LMP, Alex was an Investment Banking Associate in the Global Industrials Group with Perella Weinberg Partners, where he focused on M&A transactions and strategic advisory services to a broad universe of services companies. Previously, he served as Senior Associate, Finance, with Corsair Capital and began his career in the banking and securities practice at Deloitte.

Alex is currently a member of the Board of Directors of SRS Acquiom.

Alex received his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Bucknell University.

Martha Notaras

Managing Partner, Brewer Lane Ventures

Martha Notaras is Managing Partner at Brewer Lane Ventures, investing in early stage insurtech and fintech companies focusing on creating new business models, empowering incumbents and leveraging insights from data & analytics. Prior to joining Brewer Lane Ventures, Martha was a Partner at XL Innovate, investing in insurtech startups. XL Innovate's insurtech investments include Lemonade, Embroker, New Energy Risk, GeoQuant, Cape Analytics, Slice Labs and Pillar Technologies. Martha serves on the board of Palomar Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLMR).

Previously, Martha ran corporate development for DMG Information, the business data and analytics division of the Daily Mail and General Trust plc. Of the 20 investments Martha made at DMG Information, two achieved and maintained valuations over $1 billion. Martha has served as board director or chair for many early and growth stage companies, focusing on fintech, insurtech, proptech, edtech and digital media. Her proptech investments included Environmental Data Resources, Landmark Information Group, Property & Portfolio Research, Real Capital Analytics and Sanborn Map Company.

Martha’s prior experience includes investment banking at Merrill Lynch and commercial banking at Credit Suisse. Martha earned her A.B. cum laude from Princeton University and her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar, awarded for graduating in the top five percent of the class.

Steve Ozonian

CEO, Williston Financial Group

Steve Ozonian is well known as a financial services vanguard, having commanded billions of dollars in revenue and tens of thousands of employees to achieve dominant market leadership. Mr. Ozonian is the President and CEO of Williston Financial Group (2015) (a Golden Gate Capital holding), where he is leveraging his innovative background in all facets of the real estate industry to digitally transform transactions.

Mr. Ozonian was part of Lending Tree’s launch as a public entity and became Chief Executive Officer of their wholly owned subsidiary, RealEstate.com (2010-2012). His other public company service includes realtor.com (Move Inc.) where he secured top positioning for this industry-changing Web portal as CEO (2000-2002). He was the national executive for residential at Bank of America (2003-2006), Chairman and CEO of Prudential’s residential and corporate services companies (1991-2000), and EVP of Coldwell Banker (1984-1991). His private company tenure includes CRO of Carrington Capital and Chairman and CEO of Global Mobility Solutions. Certified by the Securities and Exchange Commission as a financial expert for public company administration in 2008, Mr. Ozonian has extensive experience with the oversight of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, public company reporting, and corporate governance.

He has contributed his financial and operations leadership—as well as his expertise in using technological advances to generate customers and empower users—to numerous boards of directors. Mr. Ozonian serves as Lead Director of Lending Tree, Inc. and Chairman of its Audit and Compensation Committees, board member of Williston Financial Group, ATTOM Data Solutions and Inside Real Estate. Mr. Ozonian earned his MBA from Loyola University of Chicago and started his career at Chicago Title & Trust.

Ned Stringham

Managing Partner, 42 Ventures

Ned serves as Chairman of the Board for ATTOM and is managing partner at 42 Ventures and is a recognized entrepreneur, business strategist and technology investor. Ned started 42 Ventures in 2006 after successfully selling SBI Group, a digital marketing and technology consulting firm which he co-founded in 1998 and then grew to nearly 1,000 employees with 13 offices across the U.S. and Europe. Ned guided SBI through the dot com bust acquiring several well know public firms including Lante, MarchFirst, Scient and Razorfish. By 2004, SBI had become the largest and most respected independent interactive marketing firm in North America. SBI was acquired by Aquantive where Ned joined the Board.

Prior to SBI Group, Ned founded and ran Impact Partners, a management consulting firm based in Sydney, Australia that served several leading industrial companies and the largest hotel and casino operation in the country. Ned began his career working at McKinsey & Company in their Texas and Sydney offices.

Ned earned an MBA from Harvard Business School (1990) and degrees in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Utah where he was Student body President and selected as a Truman Scholar.
