This presentation, given by ATTOM Data Solutions senior vice president Daren Blomquist at the Moriah Society in Beverly Hills, California, on Feb. 27, 2018, covers expectations for the 2018 U.S. real estate market based on interviews with eight leading economists as well as proprietary data analysis performed by ATTOM.

The topics covered in the presentation include expectations for existing home sales and prices, new home sales and prices, mortgage rates, impact of tax reform and potential threats to the housing market boom, both internal and external. The presentation also includes the one single housing market trend that each economist deems most significant for 2018.
