Zombie Foreclosure / Zombie Property / Zombie Home
A residential property that is vacant and in the pre-foreclosure process. The homeowner has often abandoned the property assuming the lender has taken ownership, even though the foreclosure process is incomplete.
Zoning Classification
A local government code that defines how a piece of land may be used (residential, commercial, mixed-use, etc.).
Zoning Overlay
Additional zoning rules applied over base zoning—used for special areas like flood zones or historical districts.
Zoning Use
Zoning use refers to how land in a particular location can be used - such as for commercial, residential, or industrial purposes. ATTOM's parcel boundary data can be dispalyed on jurisdictional maps and correlated with current and proposed zoning regulations.
