Vacant Property / Vacant Home
A property that is currently unoccupied. ATTOM identifies vacancy using postal data, tax records, and other sources.
Vacant Property Rate / Home Vacancy Rate
The percentage of all housing units in an area that are flagged as vacant during a specified time frame.
Valuations Data
Valuations data refers to property-level information derived from assessor records and recorded transaction data, including historical sales, ownership, and tax assessments across U.S. properties. This data is used to estimate property values, loan positions, balances, and equity, and serves as an input for analytics and AI-driven models.
Vector Database
A vector database is a system designed to store and retrieve vector embeddings, enabling fast similarity search and supporting AI applications such as semantic search, recommendation systems, and retrieval-augmented generation.
