Green recognized among San Diego’s most influential women for her accomplishments in managing data quality and vendor relationships for the premium property data provider.

ATTOM, curator of the nation’s premier property database, is pleased to announce that its VP of Data Analysis and Vendor Management, Nelda Green, has been selected as a 2021 Woman of Influence in Technology by the San Diego Business Journal. Green’s invaluable contributions in ensuring excellence in data fulfilment and delivery for ATTOM have played a key role in the company’s ability to scale into a leading provider of nationwide real estate and property data for residential and commercial properties.

Following ATTOM’s recent successful string of acquisitions to further expand the company’s data footprint, Green advanced to her current position at ATTOM given her strengths not only in managing data assets, but also in process improvement and streamlining operations. Green’s ability to minimize manual processes, while leveraging existing and new tools, has proven essential in her role at ATTOM in overseeing data quality, delivery, and sourcing.

Prior to joining ATTOM, Green served 22 years in the U.S. Military, where she completed 10 of those years as an active duty member of the U.S. Air Force. Green also served in the California Air National Guard, where she finetuned both her tactical and technical skills, and earned her degree in Information Systems. Green has been promoted into key leadership roles over the course of her career spanning the past two decades, while defining and deploying company-wide process improvement strategies.

Backed by a team of passionate professionals, including Green, ATTOM has evolved into the country’s leading data licensing platform and expanded at a remarkable speed. Following ATTOM’s acquisition of neighborhood data and data-enabled turnkey products provider, Onboard Informatics in 2018, ATTOM was further positioned for growth in 2019 through an acquisition by Lovell Minnick Partners, a private equity firm specializing in financial and related business service companies. In 2020, ATTOM acquired Home Junction, Inc., a real estate data technology company specializing in high quality geographic boundary datasets for neighborhoods, school attendance zones, subdivisions and more.

The impact of ATTOM’s expanded portfolio of proprietary property data has already proven crucial in fueling key decisions for customers and identifying emerging trends. Even in today’s current climate, ATTOM continues to influence and drive partnerships with industry-leading companies to bring new datasets to the market to power innovation. Throughout the worldwide crisis, ATTOM has remained laser focused on consistently carrying out its values, vision, and mission by investing in its most valuable resource: people.
