Top 10 Opportunity Zones with Greatest Annual Median Home Price Increases
According to ATTOM’s new Q2 2022 Opportunity Zones Report, median single-family home and condo prices rose from Q1 2022 to Q2 2022 in 63 percent of Opportunity Zones analyzed, and went up at least 5 percent in roughly half of them.
