Recently ATTOM Data Solutions released its Q1 2018 U.S. Home Sales Report, which showed that median home prices in 57 of 105 metropolitan statistical areas were above their pre-recession home price peaks but what about those areas where cash sales of homes are still going strong?
Here is just a snippet of the Top 10 major metro areas (population greater than 200K) where the percent of cash sales in the first quarter of 2018 were well above the national average of 30 percent:
