Barber selected for second consecutive year among exclusive group of industry luminaries and innovators who have made newsworthy contributions to the real estate industry.
ATTOM Data Solutions, curator of the nation’s premier property database and first property data provider of Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), is pleased to announce its CEO Rob Barber has once again been selected as a Real Estate Newsmaker by RISMedia. The 2020 RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker awards recognizes real estate professionals who made headlines in 2019 as a result of their newsworthy contributions to the industry, and for their efforts to positively affect the consumers and communities they serve.
Barber, a 25-year veteran in the real estate information services industry, has successfully completed several strategic initiatives to bring comprehensive real estate data to the marketplace, while fueling innovation across various industries and providing a myriad of new data-delivery solutions that make property data more widely available to a broad spectrum of companies.
One of Barber’s most significant accomplishments over the past year, earning him the 2020 RISMedia Newsmaker recognition, was spearheading ATTOM’s acquisition by Lovell Minnick Partners in January 2019 to position the company for sustained growth. Lovell Minnick Partners has strong experience investing in technology-enabled service providers in the financial services sector.
