In its ninth year, this awards program honors the most innovative and impactful technology companies providing solutions for housing professionals.
ATTOM Data Solutions, curator of the nation’s premier property database, is pleased to announce it has once again been selected by HousingWire as a Tech100 honoree for its innovation and achievements in real estate. The HW Tech100 program provides housing professionals with a comprehensive list of the most innovative and impactful companies that can be leveraged to identify partners and solutions to the problems that mortgage lenders and real estate professionals face everyday. Perhaps this year more than ever, the Tech100 winners have helped those in the housing economy create new processes and adopt new technologies to navigate the housing market under extraordinary circumstances.
Among ATTOM’s most recent accomplishments earning this year’s coveted title of HW Tech100, are the acquisitions of Home Junction and Onboard Informatics, which further expanded the company’s data footprint – not only demonstrating ATTOM’s commitment to investing in data elements, but also its commitment to investing in people elements, with the integration of multiple talented teams. These recent tech-led acquisitions have resulted in an extension of ATTOM’s data footprint that has rippled across the industry, as well as an enhanced value proposition. ATTOM’s data has proven crucial in fueling key decisions for customers and identifying emerging trends. ATTOM blends property tax, deed, mortgage, foreclosure, environmental risk, natural hazard and neighborhood data for more than 155 million U.S. residential and commercial properties, multi-sourced from more than 3,000 U.S. counties.
HousingWire created the Tech100 in 2013 to recognize the increasingly important role of technology companies serving the mortgage and real estate spaces. The number of applicants for the 2021 awards program continued to increase from previous years and for the second year in a row, the Tech100 program was divided into the HW Tech100 Mortgage and the HW Tech100 Real Estate to highlight the innovation and achievements of organizations within both categories. “After the uncertainty and unpredictability of last year, we expected a greater adoption of technology. However, these 100 real estate and mortgage companies took digital disruption to a whole new level and propelled a complete digital revolution, leaving a digital legacy that will impact borrowers, clients and companies for years to come,” said Brena Nath, HousingWire’s HW+ Managing Editor.
