Recognized as Woman of the Year for her achievements in leading the strategic marketing efforts for the premium property data provider.

ATTOM, curator of the nation’s premier property database, is pleased to announce that its executive vice president of marketing, Kara Taylor, has earned a 2021 Woman of the Year Bronze Stevie® Award in the 18th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business, honoring women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they serve– worldwide.

This year, more than 1,500 entries were submitted across more than 100 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Women Run Workplace of the Year. Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 business professionals around the world, working on eight juries.

“It’s an honor to be named among this year’s recipients of the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. In an industry sector that remains extremely competitive, our laser-sharp focus on the proliferation of our portfolio offerings, advanced technology developments, and partnerships attained through mergers and acquisitions, has solidified our unique position as the one-stop shop for comprehensive property data. Now the parent company of RealtyTrac, Homefacts, Home Disclosure, Home Junction and GeoData Plus, we strive to prove our capability to deliver data-driven critical insights and analytics-ready property data solutions, addressing a wide range of business needs.”

Taylor, selected for her leadership role at ATTOM, leads the company’s marketing, creative and public relations teams. She has largely contributed to the company’s multiple acquisitions, which have resulted in ATTOM’s ability to scale into a leading provider of nationwide real estate data for residential and commercial properties. With these acquisitions, ATTOM’s leadership attributes and workplace culture of empowerment – which leverages diversity, encourages accountability and open communications – have attracted a growing body of top talent from all over the country. Kara has been a driving force behind this philosophy, ensuring ATTOM is well positioned to exceed both internal and external expectations, while continuing its rapid growth.

“We thought the remarkable stories of achievement we saw in last year’s awards couldn’t be topped, but we were wrong. Women-owned and -run organizations have contributed significantly to the increase in innovation and entrepreneurial activity we’ve seen globally since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Maggie Gallagher Miller, president of the Stevie Awards. “The nominations submitted to the 18th Stevie Awards for Women in Business that attest to this are inspiring, humbling, and motivating. We congratulate all of our Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie winners.”
